Our Studio apartments have two floor plans ranging from 437 sq. ft to 462 sq. ft. All our apartments come with their own private bathrooms, 10-foot ceilings, large windows that bring in the sunshine, a beautiful kitchenette with a refrigerators and granite countertops. All rooms are ADA-compliant for the safety and ease of use of our Seniors. Most of our studio apartments come with their own private balcony or walkout patio.

Need more room? Our One Bedroom apartments are large and spacious rooms that range from 605 sq. ft to 691 sq. ft. All our apartments come with their own private bathrooms, 10-foot ceilings, large windows that bring in the sunshine, a beautiful kitchenette with a full-size fridge and granite countertops. All rooms are ADA compliant for the safety and ease of use of our Seniors.

MEMORY CARE

All of our Memory Care neighborhood apartments have their own private bathrooms, 10-foot ceilings and large windows that bring in the sunshine! Our rooms are ADA compliant for the safety and ease of our seniors. Another safety feature we have in each Memory Care apartment is motion activated environmental lighting. Studies have shown that environmental lighting, such as our soft amber rope lighting around doors at night, helps with spatial orientation and give perceptual cues that define the horizontal walking plane and can potentially reduce fall risks.

Enhanced Safety Pendent System
Our Enhanced Safety Pendent System gives peace of mind and immediate attention to need from your loved one to our care team. Residents wear a pendent either around their neck or wrist to be pressed anytime for assistance. Our care team is immediately notified and respond within a short time frame. We also offer emergency pull cord systems in each resident apartment bathroom.
Bella, Our Therapy Dog – A Resident’s Best Friend!
Meet Bella, our Senior Care Therapy Dog. Bella is a young Golden-doodle, friendly, docile and loving as can be. She was specially trained by an AKC certified evaluator who serves on the Intermountain Therapy Animals Board of Directors, Bella is available to add joy and comfort to our residents’ lives. And, by the way, Bellaview Assisted Living & Memory Care is the only senior community in Utah County with an official therapy dog like our Bella.
Delicious Food
At Bellaview we provide a 5 week rotation of high quality nutritious meals designed by our Chef and overseen by a Registered Dietician. Everyone loves our large variety of culinary options, great flavors and beautiful flair. Whether you are hanging out in our 24-hour Bistro for a snack with friends or reserving our Private Dining Room for a special family meal, we want our seniors to enjoy themselves and create delicious new experiences they will cherish.
