Assistance with Personal Care

At Bellaview each resident has their own personalized care plan which helps our staff understand the individualized care our residents need on a daily basis. Personal cares such as shower assistance, medication management, housekeeping, assistance with dressing and routine safety checks are some of the personal care activities we do for our residents. We understand the private and personal nature of allowing other people to assist with personal needs and cares. Our passionate and caring team helps our residents feel safe and secure. Our team is well trained, compassionate, and available around the clock for our residents.

Enhanced Safety Pendent System

Our Enhanced Safety Pendent System gives peace of mind and immediate attention to need from your loved one to our care team. Residents wear a pendent either around their neck or wrist to be pressed anytime for assistance. Our care team is immediately notified and respond within a short time frame. We also offer emergency pull cord systems in each resident apartment bathroom.

Assisted Living

Our passion is to help our Seniors stay as independent as possible while bringing assurance and peace of mind knowing they have help when they need it. Our skilled team members are here 24/7 to help residents with care needs such as medication management, showering, dressing, incontinence, escorting to and from activities and mealtimes, transportation etc. Each our residents will have their own unique personal care plan, so our team members know what they need, when they need it. Our Phillips Cares safety system allows our residents to call a team member when they need assistance. This technology has a fall defection feature so we know if a resident has fallen so we can help them faster. Real time location management to know where staff and residents are in the community in case of any emergencies.

Memory Care

There are many challenges that come with memory impairment, types of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Our Memory Care Neighborhood is designed for the wellbeing and safety of our residents. We help relieve the care giver burnout for family members and give peace of mind knowing that their loved one has professionally trained 24/7 care. Natural lights is abundant in the resident apartments and in the common areas. All rooms are ADA compliant for the safety and ease of use for our Seniors. Another safety feature we have for our seniors in each apartment is motion active environmental lighting. Studies have shown that environmental lighting such as soft amber rope lighting around doors at night, help with spatial orientation and give perceptual cues that define the horizontal walking plane and can potentially reduce fall risks.
